The only good thing that came out of it for( no pun intended) was some weight loss. A miniscule advantage of being way over the hill is I don't have to ever do that again.

I get angry knowing that my paper will bury this murder in small font at the back of the paper. Important things about dogs needing to be adopted will be on the front page....

Even the weight loss won't last, as I will murder a plate of tacos tomorrow at lunch.

And yes, this senseless tragic murder will be put a blip on the 24/7 news cycle.

I had an emergency room visit because of severe diarrhea so technically I did the prep, but no my gastroenterologist admitted me and I had to do the prep ☹️. Not pleasant in a hospital bathroom! Thankfully I got through it. The colonoscopy went well, that’s a breeze. Results diverticulosis, something my mother also suffered with. Good luck Lynn your a trooper, afterwards murder that taco😆

I just last month had my second colonoscopy. I didn't remember the prep in the first one, six years ago. And as this one fades into my memories that I really don't care to remember, I don't remember much about it. Which is not to say, "I'm ready to do it again."

Tequila. It's as clear as water. I fail to see any reason for elimination from the regimen. And it could help with pleasantly disremembering.

Being a heretic, I did one of these and have refused to do a second one. There is almost zero cancer of any kind on either side of my family, and certainly not any digestive type cancers. I also have zero digestive issues. Even eating food with bad additives only gives me a migraine, not any sort of upset digestion. My first one was clear totally clear. BTW - everyone else can do whatever they think is right for them. I never ask anyone else to make the same decisions I make. When it comes to medical decisions what is right for one person is not lockstep right for everyone else.

There are several other reasons I decided to skip the second one, but I won't post them here. I told my PA I was refusing (and if it was the wrong call, she could feel free to laugh at me)... she then went and called the imaging center to schedule me anyway, which means she will no longer be my PA. I had to cancel it myself, which annoyed me. I asked her why she did that after I said no, but got no answer.

Sounds like that PA is too self-important and too big for her britches!
